The User and Group section provides convenient management of groups where feature permissions are assigned to the groups so that users belonging to that group can access features in the portal.
📄️ Create and manage groups in VIDIZMO
Groups allow you to apply permission settings to multiple users at once instead of configuring them individually. Settings applied to a group affect all group members, and content access can be assigned at the group level.
📄️ Add Users to a Group
Adding users to a group in VIDIZMO assigns them the group's feature permissions and CAL-based access rights. Each group has predefined permissions, and users inherit those permissions when added.
📄️ Enable Features in the VIDIZMO Portal
In the VIDIZMO portal, you can customize which features are enabled or disabled for different groups. Some features are available based on Client Access Licenses (CALs), while others are enabled at the portal level and can be adjusted depending on your use case. Certain features are also enabled by default in specific groups, based on the group's designated purpose.
